The Chairman of the Laws Committee, Ulsi Manja, during his speech at the meeting of the Albania-EU Stabilization and Association Parliamentary Committee, responded to the criticisms of the head of the DP Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi.
Manja said that Bardhi is not showing a sincere approach by supporting EU integration, as he makes accusations and smears Albania. Meanwhile, he stressed that political differences cannot be used as an argument to harm Albania.
"But I want to start with regret because our political differences cannot be an argument to smear Albania. Supporting EU integration after you have thrown a mountain of accusations and smeared Albania does not seem like a sincere approach to me."
"But anyway, as a representative of the majority, we have a responsibility to successfully close all the chapters we have opened. Our approach has been clear: we do not want anything if we do not deserve it in this process ," said Manja. /CNA
