The head of the Democratic Party for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, has denounced the wrongdoing that Erion Veliaj has done while running the Municipality of Tirana.

Kelliçi said that Veliaj has committed a criminal offense 29 times in the "5D" file and this is confirmed by the communications of the employees of this company.

"The criminal offense of Erion Veliaj has been recorded 29 times. In the span of 8 years, this company, created 6 months after Veliaj entered the Mayor's office, has done business, benefited at least 30 million euros.

Furthermore, the former deputy highlighted Veliaj's violations in the Tirana incinerator.

"Erion Veliaj undertakes not only the payment for 30 years of the concession contract, while we pay money for a service that is not performed, because there is no incinerator.

We have an agreement signed between 4 institutions, which were supposed to protect the interest of the city, such as the Director of Public Works, the Municipal Police, and so on, which has led them to serve the concessionaire.

Kelliçi considered Erion Veliaj as the actual owner of the Tirana incinerator, which actually does not exist.
