SPAK's report causes debate/ Karamuço "clashes" with

The SPAK report, published a few days ago, clashed in the studio with forensics expert Ervin Karamuçon and former prosecutor Eugen Beçi.

Invited to the show "Review" on Euronews Albania, Karamuço emphasized that it is still a work in half.

This has been replicated by former prosecutor Beçi, saying that we are in danger if the Prosecution demands punishments without evidence.

Excerpts from the debate:  

Karamuço: It is a work in half, we do not have a complete victory of what was invested so much in the Justice Reform. There are also the High and Constitutional Courts. The figures have increased, including the seizure. I also see a high number of 'house arrest' measures.

Beçi:  If the prosecution stays on the tracks of the code of procedure, if it stays on the tracks of the Constitution, it is welcome, if the prosecution falls under the rhythm of populism and demands punishment without evidence, we are in great danger.

Karamuço:  We have several cases, when you bring charges for abuse of office, one is taken to prison and the other is released. How do I understand this? You have to present the sterilization, should this be clarified?
