On Thursday, the parliament will vote whether to send the issue of Olta Xhaçka's mandate to the Constitutional Court for review.

Today, the mandate of the former minister, Olta Xhaçka, was discussed at the Council for Mandates and Immunity.

The head of the DP group, Gazment Bardhi, said that the issue should be examined fundamentally in the Constitutional Court.

Bardhi stated that this thing was tried to be blocked by the majority.

"There are two decisions of the Constitution, where it is said that an Assembly decision is needed to set the GJK in motion.
