Criminal complaint against Bollino/Noka: the illegal VKM was approved within 24

The General Secretary of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, stated from the blue headquarters this Thursday that they have filed a criminal complaint with SPAK against Edi Rama and Carlo Bollino for the property where "Report TV" television is located today.

According to Noka, the report was made to 4 VKM for the robbery of the land at the "former Department of Watches".

Noka clarified that the PD demands a criminal investigation for Edi Rama, Anila Denaj, Karlo Bolino, Engjëll Agaçi and some other officials related to this illegal procedure.

I am in front of you today to inform the public about a criminal report that I filed two days ago with the Special Structure against Organized Crime and Corruption. As you know, after it was made public and denounced several times by the chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, this criminal report comes as a result of all the criminal violations committed directly by Edi Rama and the Albanian government in cooperation with the citizen Karlo Bolino.
I want to clarify in general terms that basically in this denunciation, we are dealing with publishing the direct commitment of Edi Rama, Minister Anila Denaj and the entire government, but also Erion Veliaj and the Municipality of Tirana, to given to Karlo Bolino in violation of the law, a property destined for a public school, a forgiven property, donated by the Begeja family.
It is about a series of amendments to the VKM number 54 of 2014. Specifically, Edi Rama and his government in four VKM, with specific reference to the Bolino company, steal 1500 square meters of land donated by the Begeja family, whose heir is Mr. Maltez.
It is about a decision of the KKT signed by Edi Rama and 1.4 million euros of Albanian taxpayers' money, which served to convert Karlo into the owner of one of the government's personal media. A media that starts and ends the day with slander, fabrications, attacks, mudslinging and fraud against the opposition and mainly the PD.
Even though Edi Rama and his government have all the powers in their hands, they have all the signatures, seals and mechanisms, they still do not stop at their tricks, falsification and fraud with official state documents. All this is done only for Carlo Bolino and his media group, a banal media, to transform into a big media.
Edi Rama knew very well that that property, that plot of 4,021 m2, could not be taken if he did not forge and order Anila Denaj, whom he has brought back to the thieves' cabinet, to break every law in the service of Carlos.
The facts are shocking and horrifying. Carlos' outlaw VKM is surprisingly approved within 24 hours. Carlos' contracts are signed with serious forgeries fap-fap-fap by Edi Rama. Sali Berisha is imprisoned because the procedure of returning the land to the legitimate owners lasted 14 years and in this procedure there is no company of his nor evidence against him. Meanwhile, Edi Rama becomes the owner of his own company within 24 hours, his own Karlo. Meanwhile, in the file full of fabrications and fraud against Sali Berisha, there is only one illegal and flagrant firm, and it is the firm of Edi Rama himself as mayor, and there is only one person convicted by the court of 320,000 euros for violating the law and he is Edi Rama. Meanwhile, the Dumans, Krajat and Millonaites of the SKAP party, refuse not only to see this firm, but are afraid to mention Edi Rama's name in the file.
In our criminal complaint, which we will make available to all the media after this conference, SPAK prosecutors have done their work and will not be able to hide any name or company, as the facts are blatant and undeniable.
