Margariti's departure from the Ministry of Culture, as justified by Rama

Prime Minister Edi Rama, after the government meeting in Shengjin, also justified the removal of Elva Margariti from the Ministry of Culture. 

"The new ministry is not created to remove Minister Margariti, who has done her duty at the head of the Ministry of Culture. The institutional sector that covers the economy needs a strong push, there are a number of challenges that require attention special at this stage and meanwhile when the innovation is economy and it also requires a leadership and a direct orientation that cannot be done by anyone except a ministry of economy.
