11 deputies of the Democratic Party have addressed SPAK and the High Inspector of Justice, informing them of the violations of prosecutor Dritan Prençi, who, according to them, has hidden evidence about the affair with the Fier incinerator. 

Some of the MPs who have resigned are: Flamur Noka, Isuf Çela, Edmond Spaho, Elda Hoti, Luan Baçi, Albana Vokshi, Oerd Bylykbashi, Greta Bedeli, Lindita Metaliaj and Kasem Mahmutaj. 

According to the legislators, Prençi has conducted one-sided and incomplete investigations into this affair, with the aim of destroying the evidence that directly involves Damian Gjiknur, Armando Subash, Engjëll Agaçin and many other officials of the Ministry of Finance and JPZP.

The deputies underline that Dritan Prençi's violations have been highlighted by judge Flojera Davidhi, but according to them, the latter has not found the courage to return the investigative file to the prosecutor for completion of investigations. 

The Democrats underline that Prençi closed the investigations often and quickly and did not investigate the citizens mentioned in the control acts of the KLSH and the Ministry of Finance. 

The MPs demand that SPAK and ILD start with the processes for the investigation of this file./ CNA
