The Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, said during the annual analysis that in December 2024, with the completion of the Murriz tunnel, Arbri Road will also be completed. 

Balluku said that the delivery of the Llogara tunnel will take place at the beginning of the summer season of 2024, on June 30. As for the Thumanë-Kashar action, he said that it will be put into operation during the summer of 2023. 

"In December 2024, with the completion of the Murriz tunnel, the Arbri Road will be completed. In December 2024, the Great Ring of Tirana will be completed. The delivery of the Llogara tunnel will take place at the beginning of the summer season of the year 2024, on June 30. Thumane-Kashar will be put into operation during the summer of 2024, "venting" the traffic once and for all", said Balluku. /CNA
