Eleina Qirici is one of the most popular figures of the Democratic Party, part of the candidacy for the head of the Korça branch. With a long career of many years in this political force, the pedagogy of the University of Korça has joined this party since 2012, being elected as a member of parliament for the period 2013-2017, while she continues to be active as a member of the leadership of PDSH. The primary goal of Qiric is the complete organization of the DP branch in Korça, with the aim of restoring governance in the municipality, but also in the whole of Albania. She says that she will work to the maximum to restore the confidence of the Democrats, to remove facades, thieves of incinerators and public funds. Its goal is to turn it into a party with a European appearance, with a regeneration of the structure and detailed organization that will also be the governance of the Municipality of Korça in the future.

The Democratic candidate has a call for all members and sympathizers of this political force. She feels an obligation to work non-stop for the DP of Korça, while seeking vote support in the May 26 elections. With conviction, Qirici states that the democrats of Korça will have a leader who does not make compromises, is not blackmailed and will not allow divisions within the party.

"My obligation is to work tirelessly for the PD of Korça to make it a solid political structure. The membership must give me their support by voting on May 26. I ask them with prayer and a lot of courage from myself, from work, from the contribution of all these years to have a party where there will be no first, second, last, privileged, but it will be a party, of course the political hierarchy exists, but not because of the officials, but because of the function since the member is often more important than the president himself. The Democrats of Korça must be convinced that they will have a leader who does not compromise, who does not blackmail, who does not compromise and who will not allow the PD of Korça to have backstage, sects, groups or divisions.
