The political leader of the PD for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, denounced today from the blue seat that Arben Maloku, the senior official of the Municipality of Tirana, has benefited from 34 million euros of tenders from Erion Veliaj.

According to Kelliç, Arben Maloku, using his father-in-law and father, has obtained 3 building permits and 55 tenders for the period 2018-2023.

He called on SPAK to rise to the task and seize the Tirana Municipality building as a crime scene of an unprecedented corruption and arrest the head of the Structured Criminal Group 5D Erion Veliajn.

Dear citizens, The photo you see is a clear indication that the scheme of stealing 100% of public funds was devised by the head of the 5D gang Erion Veliaj and was implemented by all the directors of Veliaj's electoral staff on May 14, 2023.

The next character is called Arben Maloku. From 2015 to September 2022, with the signature of Erion Veliaj, this individual held the position of Administrator of the Zall Herr Administrative Unit.

Like his 5D colleagues, Arben Maloku, using his father-in-law and father, has obtained 3 building permits and 55 tenders for the period 2018-2023. And more specifically: he received 36 tenders worth 16 million euros from his UKT colleagues, already in the cell. 11 tenders worth 18 million euros were directly benefited by the head of the 5D gang Erion Veliaj, 5 tenders were benefited by Kamëz Municipality, 1 tender by Kurbin Municipality and 2 tenders by OSSHE.

The total value of the tenders benefited by this citizen is 39 million euros, of which 34 million euros he received directly from the Municipality of Tirana during the period he was in office as its senior official.

Meanwhile, in February 2021, this individual obtained a construction permit with Erion Veliajt's own firm, on 'Myslym Shyri' street, one of the most coveted areas of Tirana.

In 2022, in a media show, the Minister of the Interior Bledi Çuçi and the Director of IKMT Dallandyshe Bici, announced the seizure of Arben Maloku's palace, but without informing the public that the seized palace was owned by a senior official of the Municipality of Tirana.

According to official documents, it was about 2,700 square meters of construction without permission, in the heart of Tirana.

But Arben Maloku could not stay without being treated to another construction permit in Kamas Municipality, with the signature of the great supporter of justice reform, mayor Rakip Suli.
