Oerd Bylykbashi said after the meeting with Chief Commissioner Ilirjan Celibashi in the Presidency of the Assembly that they discussed the vote of the Diaspora.

He said that the immigrant vote should be implemented and one of the options is voting by mail. 

Bylykbashi emphasized that the voting slip should come to the CEC without going through the state post, but through an international post. 

"Regarding the Diaspora vote, the commissioner's answers were important, they were on the same line that the opposition is looking for. It is ridiculous that 18 thousand Albanians have the right, there are probably over 1 million Albanians who are abroad. This is unacceptable. We discussed the options different for the postal voting system, to be a reliable process, through an international post office. The ballot paper should come to the CEC without going through the state post office. This was a fruitful meeting," he said
