The anti-corruption spokeswoman in the DP, Genta Vangjeli, denounced today from the blue headquarters that the Rama government spent 9.5 million euros on per diems and air transport tickets for 2023 and 8.1 million euros for 2022. 

She emphasized that the values ??presented in the APP report are almost 3 times lower than the real values ??recorded periodically in the publications of expenses for buying tickets and traveling abroad.

In the annual analysis of APP for 2023, the expenses for the purchase of international air transport tickets are reflected. According to this institution, for 2022 the total value spent on tickets was 2.9 million euros, while for 2023 the total value was 3.6 million euros or 25% more.

Both of these figures hide the flights and related expenses of Rama officials.

The Democratic Party informs the public that the final expenses for per diems and the purchase of air transport tickets for 2022 amount to a total of 8.1 million euros.

For 2023, this value goes to 9.5 million euros or 18% more.

The values ??presented in the APP report are almost 3 times lower than the real values ??recorded periodically in the publications of expenses for purchasing tickets and traveling abroad.

As can be seen, the real expenses do not coincide with the total values ??according to the APP report.

Are these results actions carried out due to lack of professional discipline or actions carried out intentionally to hide the abusive and indiscriminate spending of the government that leads us?

This should be investigated….

We are not even talking about the principle of transparency because this government and its administration consider it an empty word that is required by Brussels, but has no value in Albania./ CNA
