DP leader Sali Berisha has declared that Prime Minister Edi Rama has assigned himself the highest pension of all time in the history of this country.

The opposition leader said that when Albania was burning, he set himself a pension of 4 million lek.

Berisha said that Rama has set himself a pension 30 times greater than the average pension in his country.

"But the news of the summer, apart from this ugly public deception, is the fact that Edi Rama assigned himself the highest pension of all time in the history of this country.

At a time when the country was burning on all sides, he remembered, according to the media, to determine the prime minister's pension of 4 million lek.

So, 4 million lekë, means 48 million lekë per year in pension for Edi Rama himself.

I guarantee that he will never enjoy it because the average annual pension according to INSTAT in Albania is a total of 1.6 million lek.
