This is because the majority represented by MP Enkelejd Alibeaj and followed by Roland Bejko, Agron Kapllanaj, Rezart Kthupi, Edvin Kulluri, Agron Kapllanaj, etc., are determined on the idea of ??creating a new party.

It is clear that Basha has nothing to file as a text of complaint in the Supreme Court. Lulzim Basha does not know how to write, although he reads very well. And according to the division of the groups, it seems that neither Alibeaj nor anyone else is available to write a page of paper for Basha to sign.

This is an obstacle that makes it impossible to file the appeal that Basha has promised for 5 weeks.
