Fredi Beleri, through a letter, asks the Administrative Court of Tirana to suspend the decree of President Bajram Begaj for the announcement of elections in Himara.
President Begaj decreed August 4 as the date for the new elections in Himara, immediately after the CEC decided to remove Beler's mandate as mayor of Himara, after his sentence of 2 years in prison by the GJKKO Appeal for electoral corruption.
