After the arrest this Thursday of the former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj, by order of SPAK, the head of PL, Ilir Meta, also reacted.

Asked by journalists how he saw this arrest, Meta sought to minimize the event, describing it as banal.

He threw permanent accusations towards SPAK, that it is justice led by Prime Minister Rama.

"I would not like to pay attention to this banal event, within the framework of justice directed and controlled by Edi Rama. Because today's conference had nothing to do with today's event. It was related to yesterday's table, with the contribution made by many professionals in the field of health, and independent experts, for this dramatic situation experienced by Albanian citizens, with the deterioration of the health service. And everyone knows what a fraudster, the chief fraudster Edi Rama is, especially regarding the promise of free healthcare.

Not only that, but also the terrible corruption in this system. So much so that it was accepted very late, that the EU funds were also stolen here. As revealed by OLAF. that the agricultural funds of IPARD were also stolen. that now has gone zero in this direction, support for farmers. And everyone understands what happens to the taxes of Albanian citizens. How Edi Rama steals them monstrously, and the concessions in health, which are almost all under investigation. They are the best proof of that.

How much is due to this arrest! Everyone knows that the more former ministers or ministers of Edi Rama are arrested, the more Edi Rama's corruption goes in geometric progression. And the whole core of the system remains intact. They just make some scapegoats, based on the plans made before," said the head of the PL.

We remind you that Meta himself is under investigation by the Public Prosecutor's Office, after a proceeding based on two reports for a payment made for lobbying in the USA by LSI.
