Beler's mandate/ The CEC meeting is postponed until tomorrow

The meeting of the Central Election Commission for the election of the elected head of the Municipality of Tirana has been postponed until tomorrow. 

At today's meeting, Beleri's lawyer requested that he be heard at the session, as according to her, Beleri was not informed about this procedure.

"It has not been notified about the investigative actions, and for reasons based on the law, I submit a request for Beler to be given the opportunity to be heard, given that he is an interested subject. A copy of the administrative file is sent to you, so that you have the opportunity to give your opinion. The procedure was closed without giving him the opportunity to give his opinion regarding the procedure", said the lawyer.
