On June 11, the Court of Appeal recognized former Prime Minister Sali Berisha as the chairman of the DP, giving the party's seal to his group.

After this decision, Lulzim Basha had to hand over to the official PD all the assets of the PD, starting from the rented premises, the bank accounts, the PD.al website, the pages on social networks, or even the newspaper Democratic Renaissance.

Although about a month has passed, Basha continues to keep the assets of the Democratic Party in violation of the law. Lulzim Basha refuses to return the bank accounts or even the pages and the newspaper, which he uses for personal interests.

Faced with such a situation, the official PD addressed Basha with a letter, asking him to return the assets of the PD.

In addition, DP requests not to use its identifying symbols, stressing that Basha does not have any representation tag.

DP warns Basha that he will report her to SPAK if the assets are not returned or her symbols are used. The letter addressed to Basha bears the signature of the General Secretary of the DP, Flamur Noka./ CNA
