Muçollari denounces: A tower will be erected at the property handling

The member of the DP Presidency, Grigels Muçollari, in a statement to the media, denounced that the building of the Property Handling Agency will be sacrificed to erect a skyscraper.

According to him, in a non-transparent process, without competition, with predetermined winners, a friend or client of the prime minister, will have the chance to do a business with a profit of at least 40 million euros.

He called on citizens to come out to protest on July 11 at 8:00 p.m. on the boulevard 'Dëshmorët e Kombit', to remove Rama from power.

We are located in unit 7, in the city of Tirana. This state building here behind me, the Property Management Agency, in one of the emblematic areas of Tirana here near the Construction Engineering, is another sacrifice in Edi Rama's plans, which will be sacrificed to become a skyscraper. In a non-transparent process, without competition, with predetermined winners, a friend or client of the prime minister, will have the chance to make a business with a profit of at least 40 million euros.

But this building, as well as the others that are part of this new market, which we have made known these days, is not the property of Edi Rama.

It is the property and wealth of the citizens of Tirana and Albania who have worked and contributed to this country for years.

Residents of this area, and citizens in general, do not benefit from this scheme. This is because the prices in this skyscraper will be very high, untouchable by ordinary people, by a young couple who want to start a family, or by many people who are in need of housing.
All, it's just a new opportunity to get rich for a handful of people, and a new pit for laundering dirty money.

The grids of Rama and his friends do not help Tirana in adding greenery, nor in spaces, nor in cleaning the air.

On the contrary, they harm even more the city, the quality of life and the oxygen we breathe every day.
The citizens of Tirana should not allow Edi Rama to act as the owner of the country, of state and public properties and lands. We must stop this new affair of the prime minister, at the end of his term.
