Met Kurti Vucic/ Lajcak: On September 14, a round of talks at the highest level

The emissary of the European Union for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, has shown that he has met both with the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, and with the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic.

Through a post on social networks, he informed that he reminded the two leaders of the respective countries of the obligation to implement the Dialogue Agreements.

"Our discussions will continue and we are preparing for the meeting of leaders in Brussels on September 14 for another round of talks at the highest level," he says.

"I also met Prime Minister Albin Kurti in Bled. We talked about the preparations for the next High Level Dialogue Meeting in September, with a focus on the normalization of relations and the implementation of the EU declaration of June 3. I also raised my concerns about the situation in the north of Kosovo. From Bled, I flew to Belgrade, where I met with President Aleksandar Vu?i?. We talked in detail about efforts to reduce tensions and hold new local elections in the north of Kosovo, as well as the implementation of all Dialogue Agreements.

I reminded both leaders that all Dialogue Agreements remain valid and binding on both sides and must be fully implemented without any conditions or delays. Our discussions will continue and we are preparing for the meeting of leaders in Brussels on September 14 for another round of talks at the highest level.”/ CNA
