"Black smoke" from the Kosovo Assembly again/ It is not constituted

The members of the Kosovo Assembly have failed for the 22nd time in a row to constitute the parliamentary composition resulting from the February 9 elections.

And in today's session, the necessary votes for the establishment of the Oversight Committee for a secret ballot were not obtained. Only 54 deputies voted in favor, out of the 61 votes needed. One voted against, while there were no abstentions.

The proposal for a secret ballot came after the name proposed by Vetëvendosje for Speaker of Parliament, Albulena Haxhiu, failed to receive the necessary votes./ CNA
