New publication/ Adolf Hitler may have had a secret child with a British

A British aristocrat may have been pregnant with Adolf Hitler's secret child while fleeing Nazi Germany when the war broke out, according to a report by British media outlet The Sun.  

Unity Mitford, a fascist and known Nazi loyalist, shot herself in the head as soon as the war broke out, but failed to take her own life, and was carted back to Britain as a traitor. Unity, then 25, returned home on a stretcher with a bullet still lodged in her brain and an angry mob of Britons demanding her arrest on charges of treason or espionage.

For years, the wealthy daughter of Lord Redesdale had been close to Hitler in Germany.

The Führer is believed to have bought her a dog, an apartment and even allowed her access to the inner sanctums of Nazi Germany.

There were even growing rumors that the couple was in a secret relationship that resulted in the birth of a son.

Historian and leading author on Hitler's ties to Britain, Charles Spicer, told The Sun about the couple's relationship.

"Unity, she was very close to Hitler. She met him on more than 100 occasions, from what I remember, and even followed him initially."

Historians believe Unity became obsessed with the eccentric German Chancellor and even left the United Kingdom for Munich in search of him.
