PHOTO/ Voting center opens at Kosovo embassy in Washington

The voting center at the Kosovo Embassy in Washington is open for citizens who want to exercise their right to vote. The center will be open for 12 hours and those who are registered to vote can use their identification documents to vote, even if they are expired.

"Open from 07:00 to 19:00 Voters can use a Kosovo ID card, passport or driver's license (expired documents are accepted). Your vote matters ," the embassy's response reads.

19,187 voters living outside Kosovo can vote today in 29 diplomatic missions. The Central Election Commission of Kosovo announced that citizens in diplomatic missions can vote with an ID card, passport or driver's license of the Republic of Kosovo. Meanwhile, according to the CEC decision, expired documents will also be allowed. /CNA
