License of Klan Kosova/ The execution of the decision is postponed

The Commercial Court of Kosovo has postponed the execution of the decision to suspend the license of "Klan Kosova" television.

The Commercial Court held a hearing on August 2, where it stated that the execution of the decision will be postponed until a final decision is made.

We remind you that the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade suspended the license of "Klan Kosova".

The television requested the annulment of this decision, but the Ministry rejected the appeal.

The television license was revoked with the claim that "in the business certificate, at the change of owners, it appears Pejë - Serbia and Gjakovë - Serbia".

In the announcement of the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, it is stated: "The very fact that the representatives of Klan Kosova sh.pk, after so many years, have started steps for correction, proves that the business in question had committed the violation found by ARBK and that the decision to suspend the business certificate was taken rightly."/ CNA.al
