The political leader of the PD for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, has published a document regarding the payments that the people of the Tirana incinerator have received for unpaid payments.

According to the document, the Tirana incinerator company distributed 13 million euros to 4 companies for incomplete services.

The companies that have received money are Klodian Zoto's "ITS", the "De Mare" company that won the "Eco Park" in Durrës, "Hydros Air Waste Water" and "Meme".

"A few days ago, the balance sheet for the year 2022 for the Tirana incinerator was made public. How the money disappeared, as SPAK does not know where the money went.

Here we have some payments for some prepaid and unfinished work. It turns out that the entity "De Mare" was paid 1.4 million euros for unfinished work. There is no incinerator in the landfill.

But who is the company? The company 'De Mare' is the same company that won the Eco Park in Durrës, with the signature of Edi Rama. It is the same company that gave 7 million euros to Mirel Mërtir's driver.

So, the second company, ITS, received 12 million euros from the incinerator, for unfinished work. Only in 2022, Klodian Zoto was given 12 million euros for unfinished work.
