The decision of the Supreme Court for Fredi Beleri is clarified.

The Supreme Court has decided that it is not the Durrës court but the anti-corruption court in Tirana that is competent to consider Fredi Beleri's request to obtain a special permit in order to be sworn in as the elected mayor of Himara on May 14.

The prosecutor has the authority to grant the special permit.

In September, Beleri requested permission from the General Directorate of Prisons for swearing in real porn, it is not the competence of this institution to grant such permission.

As long as the case is in the Anticorruption Court, the request cannot be examined by another body beyond the court.
