Four minors have been sent for trial after the end of the investigation into the murder of 15-year-old Fatjon Bici on May 16 of this year.

In the press release, the Prosecutor's Office of Elbasan has announced that it has completed the preliminary investigations and has sent to the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Elbasan the request for the trial of the criminal case for the murder of Fatjon Bici.

EK, SM, O.Ç, Xh.Ç. are accused of the criminal offense "Murder in other qualifying circumstances", committed in cooperation with the victim, the minor citizen Fatjon Bici. Also, the four minors are accused of the production, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons without a permit, which corresponds to the possession of hand-strengthening gloves without a permit.

The 15-year-old was killed in the schoolyard after a fight between young people.

The facts under investigation pertain to the event dated 16.05.2023, at 1:30 p.m., where the Operative Room of the Gramsh Police Station gave notice of a person injured with sharp tools, in the "Sporti 2" District, Gramsh, where the injured was sent to the Gramsh Hospital. Police services were immediately dispatched to verify the information. Similarly, the police services were sent to the Gramsh Hospital, where it was learned that the injured person, FB citizen, about 15 years old, had passed away. While the suspected perpetrators, who were minors, moved in the direction of the pedestrian street of the city, in the direction of the Devoll river. The services of the Gramsh Police Station have been in pursuit of the suspected perpetrators, where they caught them red-handed in the "Holtas" District, near the former Construction Site, and then escorted them to the premises of the Gramsh Police Station.

Minors in conflict with the law are investigated with the security measure "Arrest in prison" provided by article 238 of the Penal Code.

The investigations for this criminal proceeding were carried out in cooperation with the judicial police of DVP Elbasan.
