Albin Bako Balili has been appointed director of OSSHE in Saranda.
Albini is only 26 years old and it is not known how prepared he can be for the post of director of OSSHE.
He is the grandson of Klement Balili, known as the "Escobar of the Balkans". Klement Balili surrendered to the Tirana Police, after 2 years on the run in May 2019, after the Prosecutor's Office requested his imprisonment under the charges of "Drug Trafficking", "Structured Criminal Group", "Money Laundering".
