The court hearing for Laert Haxhiu has been postponed and will be held on December 1 at 2:30 p.m.

According to the journalist Klodiana Lala, there was an argument in the session between the lawyer Detar Hysi and the relator of the session Erjon Çela.

The lawyer requested that the court accept his request to waive Laert Haxhi's defense, as neither the latter nor his family members want Hysi to represent Haxhi in court.

Relator Çela has made the decision that Hysi will remain in court until the lawyer, mainly Elvis Gorishti, is familiar with the acts of the case subject to trial according to the code of criminal procedure.

The court has also decided that the judicial process will continue in the absence of Laert Haxhi, as the latter has refused to be informed in the Greek prison where he is detained pending his extradition to our country.

Çela has also requested that in the next session the lawyer bring a power of attorney signed by the family members of Laert Haxhiu, which waives the lawyer's representation fee.

The prosecutor of the case, Doloreza Musabelliu, must present in writing the summary of the written evidence to make it available to the lawyers./ CNA
