SPAK takes the repentant justice to court/ Accusations weighing on Dumani

The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, in cooperation with the investigators of the National Bureau of Investigation and the General Directorate of the State Police, has completed the investigations and sent them for trial to the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, criminal proceedings with No. 75 of 2022, in charge of 20 persons, more specifically the defendants:

Nuredin Dumani, Henrik Hoxha, Skerdi Tasi, Enver Diva, Besian Xixha, Erion Alibej, Florenc Çekrezi, Elvis Koçi (Çaushllari), Ilirian Feci, Asllan Plaku, Ardian Uzuni, Altin Ndoci, Gentian Sharra, Agron Qoli, Petrit Qoli, Fatos Gosa , Agron Qafa, Agim Gjini, Xjulian Hoxha and Albert Pashaj, with the charges presented in the request for criminal offenses committed in the form of special cooperation of the structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group" and "Perpetration of criminal offenses by the group structured criminal and criminal organization" and provided by articles 78, 79 point "d", 79 point "dh", 22, 80, 279, 278/1, 130/a, 139, 140, 152, 28/4, 244, 333/a and 334 of the Criminal Code, for the criminal facts cited below:

1. Providing the means and conditions to kill Kastriot (Elton) Kilen on 29.03.2022, in Elbasan;
2. Premeditated murder of Filip Gjeloshaj on 05.02.2011 at around 10 p.m., on "Siri Kodra" street, Tirana, remaining in the attempt;
3. Violent theft of Lirak Bajraktari's property on 22.02.2011 around 08:00 in the city of Elbasan;
4. The violent theft of the property of Skënder Rroshi on 28.04.2011 in neighborhood no. 4, Kavajë;
5. Premeditated murder of Elvis Dedaj on 05.06.2012 at around 17:58 in district no. 13, Durrës, at the entrance of Restaurant "Djenova";
6. Armed robbery of the property of Xhemali Liçi on 19.12.2012 in the "Kala" neighborhood of the city of Elbasan;
7. Burglary of the apartment of Hami Haxhiu on February 11, 2013 at around 04:45 in the Popullore neighborhood (Shijak);
8. The violent theft of Astri Ademi's property on 31.05.2013 at around 15:10 in the village of Marikaj (Vorë);
9. Premeditated murder of Fatmira (Habili) Dedaj on 14.09.2013 at around 1:30 pm in neighborhood no. 4, in Durrës, in the garage of a building;
10. The premeditated murder of Arben Islam Çeta, on 14.11.2013, at around 10 p.m., in the parking lot of the "Balla" restaurant bar, in Labinot-Fushë (Elbasan), remaining in the attempt;
11. Burglary of the apartment of Hamdi Sharka on 20.04.2017 in the village of Polizhan (Berat);
12. The premeditated murder of Aredin Behari on 05.11.2017, around 19:00, in the neighborhood "1 Maji", at the intersection of the former Park (Fier), remaining in the attempt;
13. Premeditated murder of Aredin Behari on 04/03/2019, in front of the "Autopassion" warehouse, at the intersection of the park, on the road towards QTU (Fier), remaining in the attempt;
14. The murder under qualifying circumstances of Agim Boriçi and Ilir Boriçi on 11.04.2018, around 11:30, in the "8 Shkurti" neighborhood of the city of Fier, remaining in the attempt;
15. The murder in qualifying circumstances of Andi Zylyfi and the wounding of Ardi Uruçi on 13.12.2019, around 18:36, on the Peqin-Elbasan national road;
16. Explosive destruction of Mustafa Subashi's property on 29.01.2020, around 20:45, first floor of a residential building near the disco "Colombo", (Teuta sector), Durrës;
17. Domestic violence against the wife Blerta Bengasi, happened on 30.01.2020, around 11:30, on Mihal Grameno street, Tirana;
18. Murder in qualifying circumstances of citizens Dorian Shkoza and Anxhelo Avdia, on 02.03.2020, at 19:00, in district 14, Durrës;
19. The murder in qualifying circumstances of the brothers Besmir Haxhia and Viktor Haxhia on 27.04.2020, around 16.35, at the tool market place in Saint Vlash, Durrës;
20. Premeditated murder of Emiljano Ramazan on July 20, 2020, in the neighborhood of 28 Nëntori, Elbasan;
21. Premeditated murder of Regis Runaj on July 29, 2020, around 22:00, in the "Emin Matraxhiu" neighborhood, in the well-known place "Belebej", near the cemetery of the city of Elbasan;
22. Provision of the conditions and material means to carry out the murder of the citizen Sokol Sanxhaktari, before July 30, 2020, in Elbasan;
23. Premeditated murder of Bujar Çela, on 17.09.2020, at around 05:40, near the Bradashes roundabout (Elbasan);
24. Explosive destruction of Talo Çela's property on 05.11.2020, around 04:20, in the village of "Katund i Ri", Bradashesh Administrative Unit, Elbasan;
25. Providing the conditions and material means to carry out the murder of Indri Dokles in the months of April/May of 2022, in Tirana;
26. Premeditated murder of citizen Lulzim Masha, on 18.01.2022, around 09:40, on "Hiqmet Buzi" street, near the Artificial Lake (Tirana), remaining in the attempt;
27. Active corruption of persons exercising public functions\ judicial police officer Leonard Palushi;
In addition, the Special Prosecutor's Office has proceeded with the separation of the acts of criminal proceedings no. 75 and their numbering with no. 75/1 of the year 2023, within which the investigations continue in charge of other associates (whose name is registered in the register of criminal proceedings) as well as for other criminal facts.
