
The police of Vlora have prevented serious criminal events, after they caught 2 people, who possessed 2 remote-controlled mines, programmed for remote detonation.
The Blues have handcuffed citizens with initials F. Gj., 33 years old, resident of Burrel and E. Gj., 19 years old, resident of Laç (uncle and nephew).
The Police Services, at the entrance to the city of Vlora, stopped the vehicle in which the 2 arrested persons were traveling.
During the detailed inspection, in the dashboard of this vehicle, 2 remote-controlled mines programmed for remote detonation (equipped with a mobile device and detonator capsules) were found and seized as material evidence, which are suspected to be were used to commit serious criminal events.
Currently, in-depth investigative actions are continuing, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Vlora, to legally document the purpose of these 2 citizens, as well as to capture the other 2 suspected subjects involved in this case .
Meanwhile, the procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Vlora, for further actions./ CNA
