Sandstorm in the south-east/ Korça is covered by dust
A sandstorm has engulfed the south-east of our country...

Prime Minister Edi Rama has reacted to the accusations that the construction of the tower behind the Palace of Culture is as much a corrupt affair as the firecrackers.
In a long reaction on social networks, the head of the government also commented on the lawsuit that the PD of vula made to SPAK on this very issue, calling it a corrupt affair.
Rama emphasizes that he is involved in this "affair" with his passion to transform Albania and that the next lawsuit in SPAK has become the dish of anyone who has a stone to throw, a hand to hide or a stake to issued, forcing the most powerful prosecuting body in the country, due to an overloaded legislation on his back, to deal with the last anonymous letter, while his hands are seriously occupied with potatoes more and more hotspots of corruption and organized crime.
Among other things, he underlines that the construction of the tower is neither financed nor built by the state, it is made possible by a private agreement between the owners, investors, architects and engineers, where the relevant state authority has not only the duty to pave the way for the legitimate development of a private property, in accordance with the vision of the development of the capital, as well as the right to demand from developers the highest possible architectural and engineering quality.
"So the bags of mud were opened, rushed to raise the miller of the next "robbery" around the hole found in the heat of August, feeding listeners, readers and gossipers who still have the desire to chew mud from the bags these scumbags of the past and thus holding themselves with the immortal gajret of the old illusion that this is how they will overthrow the regime. And along with the mud of common gnawings, old pins, nails of unvarying anger, screws of incurable jealousy and drools of inconsolable envy were buried, and the miller rose rapidly, to the point that it was even compared to the infamous "burners" or he looked like a black Catalan, who could even leave the "chili" under his shadow. The next lawsuit against SPAK was also filed.
The reason why I am writing these lines is not, far from it, to deal with all those, who have the finding of needles and the raising of mud mounds as a chemical reaction of the brain to absolutely every act that this vile government carries out in this place. The end in 1 out of 100 huns who are stuck manage to shoot the target and it is not little, if you calculate that they have 100 years to find and stick on average 1 hu every 3 days. But following from afar the construction of this next clay mill and being personally involved in this "affair" due to my duty and passion for the transformation of Albania, I could not help but share with those who have had trouble and nerves to reach this row of this long sheet, my plight in front of this Laraman court assembled against the new tower,
My problem here is thankfully the hardest and the simplest! How to get the most out of the radiant and attractive power for Tirana, by realizing another iconic tower, which is not financed or built by the state, but is made possible by a completely private agreement between the owners, investors, architects and engineers, but where, but, the relevant state authority has not only the duty to pave the way for the legitimate development of a private property, in accordance with the vision of the development of the capital, but also the right to demand from the developers the highest possible architectural and engineering quality" is stated in a part of Rama's reaction.
