One person has been arrested by the police while 3 others have been criminally prosecuted after being accused of using and selling doses of the narcotic substance cannabis sativa, in a bar near the security perimeter of a gymnasium in Shkodër.

Thanks to the research carried out in the framework of the nationwide police mega-operation, anti-drug, coded "Tempulli"

Citizen ES, 20 years old, was put in handcuffs, and the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in a free state for a 16-year-old, as well as for citizens JM, 22 years old, and DM, 33 years old.

From the controls on the premises of the bar, the ES citizen was caught red-handed, selling doses of cannabis sativa. Citizens processed in a free state are suspected of being involved in the criminal activities of using and selling doses of the narcotic substance cannabis sativa, in this local.

As material evidence, a quantity of suspected narcotic cannabis sativa, divided into doses ready for sale, was seized.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Shkodër, for further actions./ CNA
