Scandal in the TIMS system/ Tirana Prosecutor's Office returns the file

The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has returned the file for the leakage of data in the TIMS system, a report made by the Police Surveillance Agency. 

From the prosecution body, it is said that the materials submitted by AMP for the TIMS system were not complete, while the fascicle has been sent to the Police Supervision Agency for additional investigations.

AMP's report came a few days after the denunciation of the scandal that prompted a reaction from the US embassy, ??which raised concerns about the data leak.

The chargé d'affaires of the American embassy in Tirana, Martin McDowell, in a meeting with the Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla, expressed the concern of the USA regarding the breach in the TIMS system.
