The next series/ Luli falls asleep in the Assembly, is caught by the cameras

Today's plenary session between the opposition and the majority started with debates. But Luli sleeper is not included in the discussion at all.

He didn't even hesitate to sleep. In the photos below, you can clearly see the moments when the head of the PD of the seal, does not care about the debate in the Assembly, but sleeps.

Although before the session he told reporters that he will continue the political battle with Bardhi and Berisha, as soon as he entered he fell asleep. 

Gazment Bardhi's high pitched voice woke him up from time to time, but he closed his eyes for a few seconds and fell asleep again. The entire next series was captured by the Parliament's cameras. 

Once again, Basha showed that he is a unique political character of his kind, funny as ever, who is known for blunders in Parliament and who never gives up on sleep.
