A spectacular theft took place at midnight on one of the most frequented streets in the capital, called "Rruga e Sala". 

A young man in a few seconds was able to open the door of a "Krik Krak" store on "Rruga e Elbasnai" with a screwdriver. 

The video shows the young man initially standing in front of the store. Then he sits on the sidewalk, studies the area, finds the moment and opens the business door. 

He then walks out the door, but returns after a few seconds and goes into business. He goes to the cash register and empties it in a few seconds, taking a lot of money. 

The place where the theft took place is in one of the most populated areas of the city, where there are law enforcement and criminal police officers. The question that arises: Where were the officers at the time of the theft?
