Prime Minister Edi Rama took part in the Clinton Global Initiative meeting, where he stated that Albania has managed to create the right synergy with large organizations, bringing here the cooperation with Future Google.

The number one of the government stated that Albania is doing its part and is benefiting and making the most of being a member of the Security Council.

Rama underlined that in terms of difficult situations and raising platforms where everyone can cry, Albania is not the USA to guide something, but is doing its best to move forward.

" Listen, we are modestly doing our part and taking advantage of this opportunity to make the most of being a member of the Security Council, but we are not the United States of America, we are Albania. So even though I am very tall, we are too small to impose anything or guide the world towards anything.

We simply believe that so far we have managed to create the right synergy with these very large organizations, much larger than us, as I said with "Future", Google has entered into this alliance which I would say is a start- up, it's initial and hopefully others will join us.

Anyone can bring not only money, donations, but also knowledge because Google can contribute a lot for example, just to give you an example with the technological aspect. Someone else can contribute a lot in terms of distribution and so on, so setting up a platform where everyone can access, where everyone can be informed, where everyone can transparently see who does what and how much the need to take somewhere and how much is the need to spend in another place.

It's a very good thing to have something at the system level, which is not the same situation every now and then where while the big disaster happens everyone is running up and down without knowing what others are doing or what others can do. In the world we live in, it doesn't seem like it will get better, it seems like it will always get worse and worse, so we have to prepare much better to face all this trouble," said Rama. / CNA
