The Tirana court has decided that former KLA soldier Dritan Goxhajt be extradited.
Judge Alma Kolgjokaj gave the decision to extradite former KLA member Dritan Goxhaj.
The defense of the former KLA member read its conclusions in court, where it claimed that the arrest of Goxhaj is unconstitutional.
Goxhaj was arrested on July 31, where Albanian authorities arrested him in Tirana.
The Special Court of Kosovo accuses Goxhaj of releasing the names of witnesses in several cases previously opened by the Special Prosecutor's Office of Kosovo. The arrest of the former KLA member is aimed at extradition to the Specialized Chambers./ CNA
