Work on the construction of the Durrës Tourist Marina has begun.

The first two high-rise buildings of the "Durres Marina" project will be built in the square space, which was once part of the Eastern Terminal of the port of Durrës.

The signs with the 2 relevant building permits issued by the National Council of the Territory, at the beginning of August, have been placed on the construction site.

The territory where the "Durrës Marina" project is currently located was, until July 29 of this year, part of the 35-year concession, which the German company EMS has connected with the Albanian state.
