Former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj, has filed a request to exclude Judge Flojera Davidhi from the consideration of the "Sterilization" case.
Beqaj has presented as an argument that she has refused to give a reasoned decision on the aggravation of the charges against him.
It is learned that Beqaj's request has been rejected by the court.
The court has withdrawn from ruling on the other defendants' request for a summary trial, while Ilir Beqaj has requested a regular trial.
During the hearing, the former Minister of Health stated that the accusations against him are tendentious and did not accept a summary trial.
"The accusation is tendentious, it does not fall prey to the pressure of the summary trial to not reveal the evidence one by one, the former minister said./ CNA
