The Chairman of the CEC, Celibashi, has provided instructions to citizens on how they should and can vote for the 2025 parliamentary elections to be held on May 11.

Celibashi, in an online conversation, is answering all the questions of citizens who expressed their desire to participate in the elections.

He also stated that the way to vote is easier than it should be and anyone with simple documents, whether a water or television bill that shows the address, can vote by sending these documents.

But be careful! They cannot vote by sending a passport other than the Albanian one.

"You cannot use a passport other than the Albanian one, as it is not recognized. We believe that the registration process is simple, the application clearly shows what you need to upload.

Any electricity or television bill can be used as an address document, but their clarity is important." /CNA
