A 27-year-old man was arrested by the police after he was caught red-handed inside the Gjirokastra Castle while selling ecstasy to a 31-year-old man.

The arrested person is a 27-year-old man with the initials D. Ll., a resident of Lezhë.

Also, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings were initiated in a free state for the buyer of this narcotic substance, citizen KH, 31 years old, resident in Gjirokastër.

The police seized the quantity of the narcotic substance ecstasy, 420 euros and 28,000 lek that were found on the citizen of D. Ll., at the time of the arrest, suspected of profiting from the criminal activity of selling this substance, as well as 2 mobile phones.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Gjirokastër, for further actions./ CNA.al
