A private entity has gone and is making the siege to what is called Lulishte, to the former disco "Albania" or behind the Opera and Ballet Theatre.
Once a pit of Hajdin Sejdi, it was said that a big hotel would be built, was given after the 90s, but that pit turned into a hotbed of prostitution, a pit of dirty water that stinks the whole world.
In 2005, with the arrival of Sali Berisha in power, a decision is made, the hole will be covered.

It will be closed because it was a hotbed of diseases, sewage, every possible filth and had turned into a big garbage bin where disgusting prostitution was practiced through its holes.
What happened?
This large public "WC" in the center of Tirana, with an order at the time, was covered within a few days with additional means from the construction entities, which were opening or were working in the capital.
At that time, Sali Berisha, in his public statement, said that the pit had to be closed because it was not only a shame in the center of Tirana, but also endangered people's lives.
It was opposed by the opposition, it was opposed by Edi Rama saying that no act should be carried out because this was a private property, it should not be alienated, it should not be made into a park, it should be expropriated and others like that.

Berisha's further reaction was to clarify everything that was going to happen. Berisha said at that time that it is true that it is a private property, returned to the former owners with proper documents according to the law, but the pit will be temporarily covered.
It will not have the legal status of a flower garden, but it will be filled with soil so that people's lives are not endangered and the environment is normal.
And once the owners secure the right investors, the right permits, then this property can be developed according to the rules and laws in force.
For all the public hysteria, or for all those who pretend to have forgotten, that property in the center of Tirana, for those who don't know, is private property.
It exists as a flower garden, it is true, but it is one of the first private properties in the capital, returned by deed to its former owners.
It became a temporary flower garden to cover the hole left by Hajdin Sejdia, who could not secure financing for the construction of the famous "Hilton" hotel or whatever project he had.

The whole of Tirana knows this, that it is a private property, that it would be developed, that there would be construction there at the moment that the financing would be secured.
It does not enjoy the status of a flower garden as, say, the Youth Park in Tirana enjoys it.
In order for the state to make it a flower garden, it must expropriate it, but the expropriation of the owners there costs hundreds of millions of euros due to the value of the relevant development projects.
In the event that the state would go into expropriation during Hajdin Sejdia's time, he had to compensate for his project, which had been approved before. And if it goes today, it should still compensate the owners or those who have requested permission to develop their property, to leave it as a park, as claimed by many citizens of Tirana.

What has actually happened is property repossession, property development and has never enjoyed the status of a flower garden.
Whoever loves Lulishti should ask the government to expropriate it with hundreds of millions of euros.
In fact, the hysteria about a tower or its construction at the former grave of Hajdin Sejdi started simply and only because of the scandal of the incinerators and this is being done by the media and social networks controlled by Rilindja and mainly from the building in the center of Tirana , which is close to the dashboard of the mayor Erion Veliaj.
Attention is drawn to a tower where it is claimed that 100 million euros will be thrown, to draw attention to the incinerator affair, where it is not claimed, but SPAK has proven that tens of millions of euros were abused, 130 million euros were not invested and the affair could go up to 750 million euros.
Look at these media to understand which of them reacts to the incinerators, which of them has talked about the incinerators, about the affair of the century and abusively to attract attention, to create a hysteria on social networks, has started talking about a tower that it is in the property of the owners and is developed according to the laws with the relevant permits belonging to the heirs of that property.
Public hysteria is simple and just to attract attention, it is simple and just a big hoax.

That orchard, that area, has never been a park or an orchard with legal status, but has been property returned to former owners and a large pit turned into a public "WC" that has been taken over, filled in and greened temporarily, until the owners find investors for their projects.
This is the truth of that property.
All the rest are hoaxes, public hysteria, fines and blackmail against investors, owners who got their permits a long time ago, but everything starts like hysteria now, when the scandal and the incinerator affair have shaken the foundations of the power of the prime minister, the mayor and the entire Renaissance./ CNA.al
