On Monday, businessman and entrepreneur Gjergj Luca submitted a lawsuit to SPAK for the baseless attacks against him by journalists Gjergj Zefi and Adriatik Doçi.

Luca has called Zefin and Doçi scum journalists and finesse who have attacked him with baseless articles.

After the submission of SPAK's lawsuit, he told the media that in his 26-year career, he has not received any fines or committed any injustice, but has worked honestly.

Businessman Luca underlined that journalists should regain their dignity and should not become part of the atrocities in which Gjergj Zefi and Adriatik Doçi find themselves.

"Be like light all of you, be one better than the other. You have to take responsibility to make the law of the media, to return your dignity to yourself in order not to mess with these scumbags and garbage that make everything dirty", said the businessman.

"For all the European embassies that play the priest in Albania, and say do as I say and don't do as I do. Who is the law in Europe for the media? Go see Italy, they drag you and put you inside. Don't be so dirty as to mix yourself with this garbage with this scum. And I am speaking to the public. I have never been in the police, in the prosecutor's office after the 90s. These are fines, trash, and thank you very much for making yourself a VIP. Shame on the government for not following through with this law," said Luca.
