Alqi Blako is one of the most talked about names in the incinerator affair, his firm starts in the whole scheme, Elbasan, Fier, Tirana, in an affair that costs hundreds of millions of euros. He was not alone, were you foolish? Did you know this young man who had come with a good education, but hungry to fill his pockets with the affair of the century, knew the law well?

SPAK already has him behind bars, has been able to provide facts, evidence and documents that show how Alqi Blako was paid, from the employment of his father Edmond Blako to the purchase of machines for his brewery in Erseka.

Alqi Bllako was a young boy, who was educated abroad, the son of Edmond Bllako, the latter former sub-prefect of Erseka during the Democratic Party's government. In 2012, he moved with LSI and his son, joined Meta and the socialists in the 2013 elections. He became an official in the capital, being attached by Ilir Meta, initially alongside Lefter Koka as Secretary General in the Ministry of Environment, there the connection with the affair of the incinerators also begins.

Blako with LSI moves quickly up the career ladder, it is proven that it is tested. His signatures, his relationships are among the most spectacular. He brings people to Tirana, hires family members in major companies, starts and develops his corruption and incinerators. Ilir Meta holds him from behind, together with Lefter Koka, because in the case of the incinerators, those who think that it is only the SP are wrong. One of the golden keys of the incinerators is the Ministry of Environment, run by Ilir Meta's party until 2017.

The last contract was signed by Lefter Koka and Alqi Bllakos. No one can say that LSI was not involved in the incinerator affair, and LSI started talking about it only in 2019, after Lefter Koka switched to SP.

In the 2017 elections, Alqi Blako supports LSI as a candidate and is one of the main people in Korça district. The LSI in Cologne, where Alqi competes with his party, emerges as the second political force, leaving Lulzim Basha's PD as the third force. Immediately after those elections, Alqi Blako was appointed General Secretary in the Presidency to Ilir Meta, but after a few months Blako left. Meta discovers a scandal, his General Secretary was spying on Úngjëll Agaçi, the General Secretary and Edi Rama's right-hand man. After a few moments, Meta realizes that the official he trusted and supported was a tool of the socialists, who are using him to get information from the president. The latter had begun cooling off with Edi Rama and the revivalists had begun to demand information at any cost from the President's building.

Then, when Ilir Meta sends him away, accusing him of being a traitor, a spy, etc., Úngjëll Agaçi and Damian Gjiknuri take care of him to take him to the National Agency of Water, Sewerage and Waste Infrastructure. Blako heads to AKUM, where he begins his show as "a successful manager", plunging the water supply into debt, providing funds and support to incinerator companies.

The cooperation with Mirel Mërtir and Klodian Zoto continues, tenders, procurements and flooding the people of the incinerators in the water supply of Albania .

Blako continues his activity in 2020-2021 and begins the fight to be part of the list of SP deputies, with an agreement stimulated to some extent by Úngjëll Agaçi, strongly supported by Damian Gjiknuri and Erion Veliaj, Alqi Blako is running for the winning area in the Tirana district list. It is enough to look at the SP list of 2021, Blako is higher than Mimi Kodheli, higher than Fatmir Xhafaj, he is within the limit of expectations for the names that would win as deputies within the SP list.

Initially, Blako tried to be in the district of Korça, apparently he could not break it by having an activity with PD, then with LSI, buying votes for the latter in 2017 and in 2021 he tried to be with socialists, in the district of Korça, it would be very noticeable and the attention would be very big, so it was moved to Tirana. The support of Úngjël Agaçi, Damian Gjiknuri and Erion Veliaj for Alqi Bllkaon has been unstoppable and especially in the meeting of the Presidency of the SP in those times where there was a strong debate of several voices within the Presidency with Prime Minister Edi Rama precisely about the name of Alqi Bllakos.

In 2021, Alqi Blako becomes a deputy and covers the Unit.1 and at that time there was a lot of talk that the latter at that time paid salaries from 600-800 euros to the people of socialist organizations, distributed iPhones and expensive perfumes for women and the expenses were with hundreds and millions of lek.

The money came from his corruption, from the corruption he had done with the incinerators, the corruption he had done in AKUM and from the corruption he had done when he was Secretary General of the Ministry of Environment. The career was worth to earn money, with money he fought to get the mandate, signed violence and politically sponsored by the people of the incinerators with strong connections within the SP, with its main exponents, he was able to enter the deputy and representative of SP.

This is the path followed by Alqi Blako, one of the golden switches of the incinerators, a man who signed hundreds of millions of euros of a corruption affair that has already been revealed by SPAK and has turned into the biggest crime and the biggest political corruption of the 30 years in Albania.
