Applications are opened for admission to the State Police for 400 basic

The State Police, through a fair, impartial, transparent competition process, as well as according to the principles of equal opportunities, non-discrimination and merit, open applications for admission to the State Police, for 400 basic role functions, divided according to police structures at the local level (DVP, DVKM and special structures), as follows:

- In the police structures of Tirana region (DVP, DVKM and FNSH)-125

- In the police structures of the Durrës district (DVP and DVKM)-35

- In the police structures of Korçë district (DVP and DVKM)-20

- In the police structures of Fier district (DVP and FNSH)-10

- In the police structures of the Vlora district (DVP, DVKM and Delta)-30

- In the police structures of Lezhë district (DVP)-30

- In the police structures of Shkodër district (DVP, DVKM and FNSH)-50

- In the police structures of Kukës district (DVP and DVKM)-35

- In the police structures of Dibër district (DVP and KPKM)-25

- In the police structures of Elbasan district (DVP)-10

- In the police structures of Gjirokastër district (DVP and DVKM)-20

- In the police structures of Berat district (DVP)-10

In the number of quotas for competition, 50% of the quotas will be for female citizens who, after successfully completing the Professional Police Training College at the Security Academy, will be appointed to the Border and Migration structures.

APPLICATION CRITERIA

Every citizen who meets the following criteria has the right to apply at the local police directorates where he has permanent residence.

Applications are open until 31.07.2024.

a) to be an Albanian citizen;

b) be no more than 30 years old;

c) be no less than 165 cm tall for men and no less than 160 cm tall for women;

d) to have finished secondary education;

e) not to be excluded from the State Police, other national security structures or to have left the civil service;

f) have full capacity to act;

g) to be in good health and physically able to perform the task;
h) to master the written and spoken Albanian language;

i) not to be convicted by a final court decision for the commission of a crime or for the commission of an intentional criminal misdemeanor;

j) have evidence of the ability to drive a type B vehicle;

k) meet the criteria of reliability and integrity.

APPLICATION DOCUMENTATION

Citizens who express the desire to be admitted to the State Police, against the application fee, no later than 31.07.2024, must submit to the Human Resources structures in the local police directorates, the completed application form, together with with the following documentation:

a) self-declaration form for employment in Police structures;

b) photocopies of the identity card;

c) diplomë të shoqëruar me listë notash që vërteton përfundimin e arsimit të mesëm (të noterizuara);

d) fotokopje të dëshmisë së aftësisë së drejtimit të automjetit të tipit “B”;

e) certifikatë e gjendjes gjyqësore (nxirret nga struktura policore ku kryen aplikimin);

f) certifikatë familjare (nxirret nga struktura policore ku kryen aplikimin);

g) vërtetim nga gjykata që nuk është në gjykim për vepër penale;

h) vërtetim nga prokuroria që nuk është në ndjekje penale;

i) vërtetim nga struktura e posaçme kundër korrupsionit dhe krimit të organizuar;

j) mandat-pagesa e tarifës së aplikimit;

FAZAT QE KALOJNË APLIKANTËT PËR PRANIM

Për pranimin në polici, aplikantët duhet të kalojnë me sukses sipas rendit zbritës fazat e mëposhtme:

a) aplikimi;

b) verifikimi dhe shqyrtimi i dokumentacionit;

c) verifikimi i besueshmërisë dhe integritetit të aplikantëve;

d) kontrolli shëndetësor;

e) testimi, i cili përfshin testin me shkrim, testin fizik, intervistën me gojë dhe testin psikologjik.

Me qellim që procesi i verifikimit të kryhet në mënyrë sa më të shpejte, por pa cenuar cilësinë e verifikimit, procesi i shqyrtimit të dokumentacionit, verifikimi i besueshmërisë së aplikantëve, si dhe marrja, administrimi dhe krahasimi i gjurmëve daktiloskopike, bëhen menjëherë për secilin aplikant, duke filluar nga momenti i dorëzimit të dokumentacionit, pa pritur përfundimin e afatit të aplikimit.

Procesit të testimit i nënshtrohet vetëm aplikantët të cilët në baze të vendimit të Komisionit të Pranimit, plotësojnë kriteret dhe janë të përshtatshëm për të vazhduar procesin e pranimit.

Aplikanti skualifikohet dhe ndërpret procesin e konkurrimit në çdo faze të tij nëse:

a. nuk aplikon brenda afatit të përcaktuar;

b. nuk dorëzon në kohen e aplikimit dokumentacionin e kërkuar;

c. nuk plotëson kriteret e përcaktuara në piken 3 të këtij urdhri;

d. ka deklaruar të dhëna të rreme apo ka paraqitur dokumente të falsifikuara;

e. rezulton përdorues droge;

f. rezulton të ketë varësi nga alkooli;

g. nuk kalon kontrollin shëndetësor;

h. nuk paraqitet në kohën e caktuar në një nga fazat e testimit;

i. nuk vlerësohet me të paktën 50% të pikëve në secilën prej fazave të testimit.

ANKIMIMI

Çdo aplikant ka të drejtën e ankimit për çdo fazë të procesit.

Ankimimi behet nëpërmjet e-mailit, në adresën [email protected], brenda 2 ditësh nga data e njoftimit për secilën faze të procesit. Komisioni i Ankimimit njofton aplikantin brenda 5 ditësh pune në lidhje me vendimin e marrë.

Komisioni i Ankimimit ngrihet në nivel vendor pranë strukturës ku kryhet aplikimi, si dhe në nivel qendror pranë Drejtorisë së Përgjithshme të Policisë së Shtetit.

a) në nivel vendor, Komisioni përbëhet nga:
• Zëvendësdrejtori për Sigurinë Publike;
• Shefi i Sektorit të Menaxhimit të Burimeve Njerëzore;
• Përfaqësuesi Juridik DVP-se;

b) at the central level, the Commission consists of:
• Deputy General Director of the State Police;
• Director of Professional Standards
• Director of the Legal Department.

The Complaints Commissions at the local police directorates review the complaints of applicants for the stages of applications, verification and review of documentation, while all complaints for the other stages of the State Police admission process are reviewed by the Complaints Commission at the General Directorate of State Police.

WHERE CAN THE APPLICATION FORMS BE FOUND?
The application and self-declaration forms can be downloaded from the official website of the State Police or obtained physically at the local police offices.

The application form, the self-declaration form, together with the required documentation, are submitted to the local police directorates, where the applicant has permanent residence.

HOW LONG IS THE TRAINING?

Applicants who successfully pass all admission processes are declared winners if they are ranked within the quotas announced for the competition.

Successful applicants undergo training at the Professional College of Police Training at the Security Academy for a period of 9 months (6 months of theoretical training and 3 months of practice at police structures).

IS EMPLOYMENT GUARANTEED?

Every applicant who completes the training at the Professional College of Police Training, at the Security Academy, is immediately appointed to the police structures where he applied.
