Dosja 'Partizani'/ GJKKO vendos më 11 korrik

SPAK

Sot në Gjykatën e Posaçme ishte caktuar seanca për informacionin dy mujor për dosjen “Partizani”.

Të pranishëm ishin avokati i ish-kryeministrit Sali Berisha Genc Gjokutaj dhe avokati Klodian Skenderi i dhëndrit të tij Jamarbër Malltezi.

Në seancën e kësaj të marte, pritej që Prokuroria e Posaçme t’i komunikojë avokatëve përfundimin ose shtyrjen e hetimeve me 3 muaj të tjerë. Sqarojmë këtu se sot përfundon afati i hetimeve për privatizimin e ish-klubit sportiv Partizani.

Seanca u shty për 11 korrik, ku sërish avokatët e Berishës dhe Malltezit do të kërkojnë ndryshim të masës së sigurisë. 

"Si afat është 6-mujor, por mund të zgjasin afatet. Do marrin informacionet 2-mujore të SPAK-ut dhe do vendosin. Kërkesën për ndryshimin e masës së e kemi permanente, pasi kur paraqitet informacioni zëvendësohet masa. Nuk shpresoj për ndryshimin e masës, pasi dhe nëse zgjasin afatet nuk kanë një inventar provash. Është marrë edhe vendimi për të bërë akt-ekspertimin. Ngelet për tu parë në vijim", u shpreh Gjokutaj./CNA
