The murder of the young man in Tirana/ The prosecution sends 4 people to court,

The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has completed the investigations and brought to trial the 4 teenagers who are accused of killing the young man with the initials AD, an event that happened on March 31, 2024.

Notice of the Prosecution:

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Tirana, at the end of the investigation of criminal proceedings no. 2300, sends citizens Sh.H., F.Sh., B.Sh and II to court for the criminal offense of 'Intentional murder' carried out in cooperation' provided by article 76-25 of the Criminal Code.

From the investigations, it was proven that at around 20:45 pm on 31.03.2024, the arrested persons saw the 'Audi' type vehicle in which the victim, citizen AD, was driving, with his friends and a girl who is suspected to have had a relationship. I saw one of the accomplices in the murder, the citizen F.Sh.

Because of jealousy and thinking that they were laughing at him, citizen F.Sh. followed them from behind with a car, blocking their way. During the quarrel, he asked his friend, citizen Sh.H., to take out the knife and shoot the victim. While the other associates were beaten with fists with the victim and his friends.

The forensic examination showed that the victim, citizen AD, died as a result of traumatic hemorrhagic shock from a chest wound.

From the analysis of the administered data, it was proven that the citizens Sh.H., F.Sh., B.Sh and II have consumed the elements of the Criminal Offense 'Intentional murder committed in collaboration' to the detriment of the late AD

These people intentionally, in collaboration with each other, have committed illegal active actions consisting of striking with hard objects and with a knife./CNA
