The affair of the incinerators, called the affair of the century, did not have its extended tentacles only in Tirana.

After the publication of many documents in the media, the denunciations received by journalists, the materials published by CNA itself and many other files have been collected by a group of opposition experts.

The names of experts due to attacks, accusations and to keep everything as confidential as possible, are not made public. They are from the field of economics and jurisprudence.

Opposition experts, gathered under the leadership of Belind Kelliçi, are continuing to investigate documents, connect facts and collect new evidence.

According to the latest data collected from sources close to them provided by CNA, it is now clearer the scheme of how the company "Integrated Energy", founded in the Netherlands by Klodian Zoto and controlled and commanded by the "brain" of the incinerators, Mirel Mertiri has spread its network all over the world. According to data provided by experts, the company has gone to Africa, Zimbabwe, Tunisia and elsewhere.

Also, the citizen Mirel Mërtiri has been able to open several companies to carry out not only relations with regard to incinerators, but also with other issues in African countries.

 
 

According to these data, which are related to previously published facts and documents that include opposition officials, there are several links to incinerator companies, which through Mirel Mërtiri or other names have created a network of money circulation, around the world.

According to these data, the "Geogenix" company, in addition to Albania, has also presented itself in Zimbabwe with the same proposal, almost like that of the Tirana incinerator, where it won a contract worth around 300 million euros.

But not only that. In Zimbabwe, there was another scandal denounced, such as an affair related to health issues, where citizen Mirel Mërtiri was involved, who appears in a photo with the Minister of Health and citizen Gert Bogdani. The latter stated a while ago (statement for "Birn") regarding this issue, but apparently the network did not work simply and only with incinerators.

Opposition experts have been able to provide information about the citizen Mirel Mërtiri, how the latter was able to "penetrate" and connect everything related to the scandal of the supply of medical supplies in Zimbabwe.

The data shows that the company "EM Capital Group" of the citizen Mirel Mërtiri, from Bulgaria, is the one that made supplies to Zimbabwe. This company has already changed its name and is called "United" and has circulated payments not only in Zimbabwe, but also in Tirana, and in other European countries.

Also, Mirel Mërtiri, through the Tirana incinerator, as reported by CNA, was able to secure payments for his company in Malta through a contract written by citizen Giuseppe Ciaffaglione.

So, and what was somewhat confusing, published by the media in Zimbabwe, where a major investigation was carried out by the prosecution of that country and the Minister of Health was arrested, now things are even clearer. The supply for that affair that happened in the African country, where the Minister of Health was arrested, was made by the company in Bulgaria of the citizen Mirel Mërtiri, who is known by SPAK as the "brain" of the incinerators.

According to the data that SPAK has, the shareholders appearing in the "Geogenix" company have declared that they are dormant shareholders. They have taken the shares simply and only to ensure investments for the Tirana incinerator and that the person who dealt with the investment issues in this incinerator was the citizen Mirel Mërtiri and the citizen Klodian Zoto, this is also stated by Giuseppe Ciaffaglione, the administrator of the company, who emphasizes that he got those shares that appear in his name because of the technical capacities he possesses.

So according to all the data and investigations, the "brain" is Mirel Mërtiri, the founder of the company is Klodian Zoto and they have used other names with commercial agreements, but also to not show themselves as it appears in the communication "emails" between the administrators in the Netherlands and the citizen Denisa Tollkuçi, Klodian Zoto's right-hand man, where it clearly seems that the latter and the "ETC" company are required to hide their names and not appear as shareholders of the "Geogenix" company.

But now the data is even clearer. Experts have been able to provide the complete scheme of how Mirel Mërtiri went to Zimbabwe. In cooperation with other people, he was able to secure a contract for the supply of medicines. It also included opposition officials.

On the other hand, pharmaceutical companies were bought in Albania, which were then tried to be used for CV, that is, as an experienced company, and on the other hand, Mërtiri was able to supply Zimbabwe through the company he had in Bulgaria, which clearly shows that this citizen, who is seen as the "brain" of the incinerators, is also involved in the drug affair where the Minister of Health in Zimbabwe was arrested.

But the latter has always denied the fact that he is not the citizen Ilir Dedja, that is, he is not the name used in the photo according to the Zimbabwean media, but the documents provided by the experts show the full involvement of the citizen Mirel Mërtiri through his companies for to carry out what we mentioned above, the supply of medicines to Zimbabwe./ CNA
