SPAK announced that it had filed charges and that the court had issued a decision on the arrest, that is, the detention of the former mayor of Durrës, Vangjush Dako.

The other two incinerators, which are proven not to work, are out of order and still not in efficiency, without counting the high costs they have, are continuing the court proceedings with shortened trials, with light charges.

The charge of the structured criminal group that caused tens of millions of euros in damage in Fier and Elbasan has not yet been filed.

Without talking about the corruption money that was found in the scheme implemented by Klodian Zoto, Stela Gugallja with their "brain", Mirel Mërtir, and nothing new from the Tirana incinerator.

For three years, there have been several lawsuits regarding the treatment of waste in Tirana, on the persons involved and a contract signed in 2017.

Today, after 6 years, there are no incinerators in the landfill of Tirana, they do not exist, that the concessionary company only from the Albanian government recently receives about 15 million dollars a year with unconditional transfers that were previously about 10 million dollars, but it has already been added Durresi, Kavaja and Vora.

There are over 100 million dollars received from the incinerator company of Tirana, where the incinerator does not exist today after 6 years, and in fact according to the concession contract it should have been built and the company should have about 125 million dollars to invest as it has stated with the offer he submitted to the Albanian government.

The company does not have this money and has not made these investments without further talking that the law of concessions has been violated, which strictly prohibits the change of shareholders only in the case when it is on the stock exchange.

The Tirana incinerator company, of the Tirana landfill, is not a company on the stock exchange and has changed shareholders several times.

Founded by Klodian Zoto and a foreign company, then it passes to Giuseppe Ciaffaglione and now recently some other names come out for some sales and transactions made almost a year ago.

SPAK arrests officials for pennies. The incinerators that receive millions of euros, especially the one in Tirana, still do not have an accusation, there are no accused persons.

Who are the ones who set up the scheme? Who have led the unconditional offer? That they took the contract? Who do transactions? That they sell and buy the shares of the company from third parties, where the contract is prohibited by the law of concessions and there is no charge?

But the Albanians are thrown a propaganda by SPAK, the official receives 300 thousand new lek, Vangjush Dako gets a leave 10 years ago and other officials, without talking here about issues that are already prescribed, because the legal deadlines have passed due to of delays.

In fact, what Albanians expect from hot issues is the Tirana incinerator, which has a concession contract of 430 million dollars, but with real values ??calculated by journalists and experts, it is about 750 million dollars, a value for which and the signed contract, someone must be held responsible.

First, the incinerator does not exist even after 6 years. Second, the concessionaire company has changed shareholders several times. Thirdly, the funds that were used for propaganda to attack and blackmail the media that denounced this affair and so on.

SPAK is throwing darts but has not yet detonated the bomb that has the name of Tirana's landfill concession./ CNA.al
